FOOTINGS & FOUNDATIONS

Forged Group is highly experienced in all footings & foundation works from pad footings & column starters, crane bases, ground/raft slabs, hydrostatic slabs & the like.

FGA has a specific jump form teams for each project and highly trained in safety and evacuation procedures for installations with high-risk work involved.

PRECAST SYSTEMS

FGA are highly trained in precast/hollow core systems, with all the necessary tickets for working at heights, EWP and boom platforms.

ANCHORING SERVICES (DRILL + EPOXY)

FGA handle all drill & chemical injection services, including the supply & install of the required of materials & chemical injection cartridges for the job. We have a designated team specifically for the anchoring service, trained in all aspects of silica dust & tools to cater for dustless drilling management.

REINFORCEMENT MANUFACTURING

Forged Group offer a manufacturing service to cater for our clients in the circumstance if steel has been sent incorrect or missing. With state of the art bending, cutting & threading machinery, we offer a service no other company does. With over 30 years combined experience in the steel industry, we aim to be the most innovative reinforcement company there is. This service allows our clients to stay on top of all key program dates without the stress of waiting on main reinforcement supplier delays. Our service offers the manufacturing & distribution service as a next day service.

PREFABRICATION SERVICES

FGA work with our clients to help speed up programs with the prefabrication of vertical & horizontal elements such as:
– Piers
– Pad footings
– Columns
– Beams
All whilst maintaining safety procedures & protocols.

OXY CUTTING AND WELDING

FGA have trained & certified oxy cutters & welders that are direct employed. Our specialties in the field are:
– Oxy cutting
– Tack welding
– Bond welding
– Electrical continuity welding (Electrolysis Welding)
– Prefabricated cage welding

MECHANICAL CONNECTIONS

FGA are experts in mechanical connections. We accurately install a vast variety of mechanical connections such as Ancon Couplers, TMJ (Temporary Movement Joints), Reid Connections and MBT bars.
